1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invoixca.com("Invoixca", "the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

2. Description of SaaS Service & License

Invoixca provides web-based invoice creation, receipt generation, PDF document compilation, and client billing analytics tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly for your internal business or personal billing operations.

3. User Data Ownership & Confidentiality

You retain 100% full ownership of all data, client lists, invoice line items, tax numbers, and document records created using Invoixca. We claim zero ownership over your client records or financial figures. Invoixca encrypts data in transit via SSL/TLS and at rest using AES-256 standard protocols.

4. Disclaimer of Accounting & Financial Advice

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Invoixca is a software billing utility and document generator. Invoixca does NOT provide certified public accounting (CPA), legal, tax, or financial advisory services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that invoices generated using our software comply with local tax jurisdiction regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, Sales Tax requirements).

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Invoixca for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Generating fraudulent, deceptive, or forged invoices or receipts.
• Impersonating another business, government agency, or individual.
• Injecting malicious software, automated scraping scripts, or DDoS payloads.
• Attempting to bypass security controls or database Row-Level Security (RLS).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoixca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruptions resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Selected premium features (such as custom domains, multi-user seats, or AI receipt scanning) may require a paid subscription. Billing is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be processed in full.
